If you want to make this game about oscar go ahead, but to me this is about enjoying K-State basketball again and watching the kind of basketball I like. It's not always pretty, but you can win this way, and yes after seeing what this team can do, an NCAA appearance is THE expectation.

Lots of great play by individuals. Will had a great first half. JO was a defensive playmaker. Tay gave great minutes, stepped up at PG, and hit big shots. Shane had a huge shot. Rod and Angel did nice things, but didn't have to carry us. Niño gave great energy mixed with great lead blocking.
Great team effort.

This is what this team is capable of. I have serious doubts oscar can get this team to play this way consistently though. Pretty much mushes the frank left behind a bare cupboard talking point.

Good formula I hope they can draw from. It is fun to see them create and hit looks they have time to stare down. If the defense comes to play every time they'll get score enough. :bill:

Best feeling is seeing that Florida played solid defense, especially against the screens, yet the team was able to generate their own shots. Playing like this will make this team competitive with any team in the conference.
Only thing I'm worried about was it seemed the team settled for a few too many jumpshots when they should've tried to penetrate. Anyone w/ HBIQ care to comment?
