First 30 minutes of the Michigan game = 0 FGs 2 pts
First 30 minutes of the Gonzaga game = 0 FGs 0 pts, 5TOs
I dont care who is coaching this team, those numbers are just flat out AWFUL. Pullen started very slow offensivly his SR year before getting it going, but there has to be some serious worry about Rods game right now
We have a lot of issues on offense right now, but getting your best player to play like he is capable could rub off some on these other guys and have us playing at least better on offense
Step up Rodney. Start playing with some swag again

He has no idea wtf he's supposed to be doing in Weber's offense. He can't get open and when he does, his confidence is shattered to the point where he's guiding all his shots.
He's not Pullen. He's not a take-over-the-game kind of player. He's a player who is very much dependent on a coach being smart enough to get him the looks at the FT line extended he can be deadly with.

Feel bad for Rod he is the best we have but he is not that good, despite how much we want him to be.

Rodney ave 18.0 pts in the final 23 games last year. I agree he doesnt have the takeover or pure scoring ability Jake had.... but he is far better than he is showing. oscar has to find a way to get him going, but I am gonna put some of the blame on Rod too. I meen 0 FGs in the first 30 minutes in our 2 toughest games this year. He's too good of a player for that and not even the Sprad-haters can complain that Will has put up those disgusting-type numbers

Weber has this ability to turn really good offensive players into crap because of his "system" that requires 30 seconds to be ran off the shot clock to find a "good shot". This leads to low scoring games and low scoring averages which leads to no impressive stats and no NBA career.
From what I saw tonight, Rodney's stock is falling and it's the system's fault, not his. Not only does the system basically force the players into the crappiest shots in basketball (long 2 pters), it also requires the entire team buying in and working hard on offense to get other guys open shots. If one guy isnt doing this, it wont work. You guys currently have 3 to 4 guys not doing this so Rodney doesnt get open. Not only that, but the fact that they are just trying to figure this mind boggling offense out means that every one of them is more then likely over thinking. Weber's Motion (http://www.smilepolitely.com/sports/the_flowgame_offense/) It shows how Weber literally puts "motion" boxes on the practice floor to show players where to stand and to go. It basically can turn players into robots.
