A "non-profit" in the health insurance business, that has $3.9 billion in cash reserves.   Wants to raise their insurance premiums 12-20%

why would Obamacare do that to hard working companies who only want to serve their customers?

Perhaps the company is preparing for the 12-21-12 debacle...got to have a lot in reserves to pay the huge claims.  :ohno:
