I like how Michigan actually named their second tier DUI charge "Super drunk". Imagine the arrest and subsequent court hearing

"You are under arrest for being Super Drunk"
"I find the defendant guilty of being Super Drunk"

It is pretty great. There is just something about the way the two officers are keeping their distance and he is on his own island.
