Can't even sell out a 50,000 seat stadium for their championship game.  :embarrassed:

Will the Big 12 be the only conference who can sell tickets to their championship game?

I always look forward to the Bo Pelini Show, then realize how much I'm glad he isn't here...or anywhere near here.

I mean, a 5pm kick on a Friday night with 6 day5 notice isn't a good recipe for selling out a game. I don't understand playing on home fields.

Stanford and USC have the most difficult time with that sort of arrangement, since they are are "National" schools and their alumni are strewn around the country.  If that thing was on Oregon State's home field or Washington's, for example, I bet they would have sold it out.

But, that did look really bad.

Well that'd be better. I was just trying to give myself something to look forward to if Nebraska wins today.

Those elite Stanford grads aren't going to sit in the rain when they can watch the game on their nice flatscreen TVs.

What's up with Oregon State playing Nicholls state today?  Also, how dumb would it be if UCLA had the better record and hosted the CCG, won it and got to play in the Rose Bowl?  Nice season guys, you get a couple more home games as a reward.

Game was postponed because Nichols State got drilled by a hurricane right before the game and they decided it would be best to not leave.

I get that but why reschedule it for the day after the CCG?
