It would be an amazing accomplishment to be the best team in our conference, but you can't expect people to recognize that 2 days removed from no showing against a team with a losing record in a de facto National Semi-final. We beat Texas and people will look back on this season as a great success, impossible to look at it that way at the current moment though.

Yes. I think we'll all feel much better in a few days when we start focusing on Tejas.
I felt much better about the Texas game than the Baylor game all along. Now, I feel a bit worse because we showed what type of crappy performance we're capable of on Saturday, but that kind of evens out because I also think we won't be as tight as we would have been had we won Saturday. I think we get healthier and refocused and take care of business against a Texas team that's going to be extra soft because of the weather. These guys thought it was cold and unpleasant for a game in the 60's at KU (had their heated benches). If it's in the 30's and there's any precipitation, they're toast.
