Title: Waco reception report
Post by: jde512 on November 17, 2012, 02:43:26 PM
Fresh delicious kolaches located and consumed just north of town. The bears in the cage on campus were sound asleep, apparently have already given up on their team. Had the Gut Pack at Zitek's BBQ on the recommendation of a 350 lb Baylor alum. Great food, service and lots of BU fans welcoming us to town. Resting up before heading out to Floyd Casey. So far, so good!

Many times over the years, but the man knows where to find good food.

Should visit the Branch Davidian site just to be reminded what Baylor is capable of.

Went to a Baylor game one time. All I remember is it was raining, we got our car stuck in the muddy parking lot we were in and the stadium was nothing but concrete. And it was half empty. Would enjoy some pics to see if anything's changed. tia

Don't know if they did it, but there were plans to build a church on that site.
