Lets say some fuckhead named Ryan Pete steals your bbs username for twitter.   Under these circumstances what legal recourse do I have?

BSAC?  Anyone?

My legal team is looking into all viable avenues. 

however maybe a combo of _fan and jtksu's suggestions is the prudent response.

also MODS is this 3maw guy Ryan Pete?  if so i will know where to deliver my devastating baby maker blows.  tia
