Title: KC hotel advice
Post by: OK_Cat on November 06, 2012, 06:16:44 PM
needing a hotel in the kc area that has family-sized suites.  like 3 beds.

doesn't matter where it's at, really.  nothing janky and nothing swanky, we're only staying one night.

i guess close to arrowhead is ok.

kthanks

we're going to a chiefs game in december.  doesn't have to be near arrowhead at all.  have 3 kids with us under the age of 6 so kid-friendly would be good.

good grief, can you just recommendo a place in wichita for him?

check sheraton suites on the plaza, big living room suites for $150/night.  you can get two beds and a sofa sleeper for that rate and be 10-15 mins away from stadium max, no traffic.

yeah, it hasn't been an adams mark in like ten years. was a sheraton and then now is a holiday inn. that sheraton suites clams listed is nice. they're going to ask you if you are parking there if you check in. say no. that downstairs parking garage has never worked and you can still park there. if you say yes, they'll charge you like twenty bucks or something.

the Sheraton at 119th and Nall is pretty nice, especially for only 4000 SPG points.
