UT v Tech
WVU v TCU
I want to say UT and TCU, so that we've got higher ranked opponents to finish the season. But I also don't want our earlier wins to lose their luster. What a pickle.
-
no one cares about wins earlier in the year, only what your opp is currently ranked.

The computers agree with Belvis.
-
personally i'd go with a mixture.
ut, because tt will be ranked at the end of the year anyway, but if ut goes on a win streak they could be highly ranked.
wvu becasue tcu won't likely be or stay ranked the rest of the season, so eff them.

This is what I was thinking. OU over ISU is an obvious choice too
-
I root for teams we've already beaten. Makes us look better. In most cases, I root against teams we've yet to play.Losses degrade their confidence. This weekend is a no brainer. WVU and TT.
-
Were fighting an uphill battle in the human polls. A big, prime time W over a top 20 UT to cap the season could be huge for us.
Thus, I'm rooting for UT.
-
1) Opponents of Alabama & Oregon (LSU, USC)
2) All of our non-con opponents (North Texas huge as they play Oregon opponent Ark St)
3) The Pac 12 teams not on Oregon's schedule (UCLA, Utah)
4) Firewall teams (Florida, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ohio State)

I don't think conference games will have much of an impact on our computer rankings at this point, because everyone plays everyone.
And I don't think a home win over a ranked ut at the end of the year would be enough for us to gain ground on Oregon in the human polls.
-
we really need a catchy acronym guys

...but not in the Pac 12....hence the need for Utah and UCLA to win as much as possible.

Yeah.

Really don't see how Cats allowed ISU to stay as close as they did.

Also Hawaii & E Illinois (Oregon non-con opponents-opponents)

Our toughest obstacle to the MNC is still winning all of our games. Not the computers and not the human polls. So I'm rooting for all the teams we've already played to beat the teams we haven't played yet so that I know the teams we've beat are better than the teams we have to play so that we have a better chance to go undefeated. Is that silly?
-
Perhaps _33, but no more or less silly than any other method

Seven knows what's up

Little bro out the gate looking like dog crap. I thought after last week's big-time moral victory, they'd start sharp today.

ISU Super Bowl.

ESPN CollegeFootball
Tyler Bray hits Justin Hunter for 46 yards TD. All tied 48-48, 2:48 left in the 4Q. #TROYvsTENN Watch here: es.pn/TROYvsTENN
ouch.
-
WVU guy just reeled in a crazy TD grab.
-
Utah up 14-0...should win easy today
-
You guys remember when Texas had a respectable football team?
-
KU really needs to schedule Colorado. Powderpuff hippie bowl.
-
texas, because tech is a pos school and team, and so chingon has to suffer with his fruitless tubberlove. wvu, because i don't like tcu and wish they weren't in the big 12.

I envy how you cultivate such resentments. Makes the day more interesting to have a rooting interest in every game.
-
Want UT in a close one so TT stays in the polls

yeah, i'm great at hating things.
