Title: The best part of the new playoff system...
Post by: Ira Hayes on October 27, 2012, 11:15:28 PM
If we get screwed out of the top 4 we still get to play the top SEC team.

This year, if we don't get in the top 2 we'll be playing Boise State or Rutgers or somebody similar in the Fiesta Bowl.

Horrible.

The BCS used to be a reward.  Now it's a curse.  I'd much prefer the Cotton Bowl against Florida or LSU.

Can not wait for the Champions Bowl.

Housing Rutgers would be fun, but hollow.

OK. I just looked at the standings.  At this point, the most likely first picks would be Clemson or Oregon State.

Better than Boise and Rutgers, but not very excited about either.
