"He is deceptively fast, and plays with great patience when running - he sets up his blocks extremely well," said a shitty Browns scout.  "He's got all the intangibles, too.  Probably the first guy out to the gym.  High football I.Q.  A scrappy guy who just wins football games.  We will probably blow our first round pick on him."

I love doing edit/replace with sports euphemisms for race:

"He is not as slow as most white guys, and plays with great WASP ethics when running - he sets up his blocks extremely well," said a shitty Coloureds scout.  "He's got all the traits you associate with white guys, too.  Probably doesnt always show up late to the gym.  High football I.Q.  A white guy who I assume works harder than more talented but lazy ethnic types and just wins football games."
