Title: The oldest player in the Big 12 is Brady Morningstar - Per Kevin Harlan
Post by: Pete on March 18, 2010, 10:39:24 PM
So, I don't recall Morningstar being included in the "Senior Night" for KU.

Are we going to see the oldest player in the conference be Morningstar two years in a row?

Texted a buddy and I guess he spent a year at a prep school and then redshirted after his freshmen year at KU.

But shouldn't he still be only 23?

Played a year lower than his grade in high school, but he's my age.  You add prep school + redshirt year and the guy is about as old as you can get for someone who didn't go on a Mormon mission.

Ya, and he speaks in heavy hip hop slang....sounds like Vanilla Ice when he talks....it's enough to make Flava Flave blush.
