Title: Vegas eats for under $100/person

Looking for some advice.

Here is my short list:

Bouchon
Sushi Samba
Mesa Grill
The Steak House (Circus Circus  :facepalm:)
Off the Strip
Hugo's Cellar (Downtown, old school vegas)
Firefly (tapas off strip)

Any other suggestos?  Recommendos from this list?

Public house (Venetian, not Luxor)
Nobhill Tavern MGM
Julian Serrano at Aria

Going to Carnevino in November for the first time, probably breaks the $100 a person if done right though

Public House looks really good and should probably be added to the list, but I think my wife would hate that and that menu looks really similar to Publican/Purple Pig.  Not a bad thing, just looking to branch out a little here.

yeah, it's my kind of place. epic beer list. also growlers to go so you can pull up to a blackjack table with 2 liters of beer.

nobu is incredible sushi, located at the hard rock

scarpetta at the cosmo is really really good italian
