Title: Frank's Auto
Post by: Stupid Fitz on March 16, 2010, 11:56:53 AM
Got my tax receipt from the charity auction where I won a Frank signed KSU bball.  They valued it at $300.  I figure they underestimated it by about a bazillion $$$.

Disappointed this thread isn't about the pimp ride Frank cruises around town in.   :driving:

Hard to top Drew and the Escalade though.  Damn you, Drew.   :curse:

More that insecure fan bases like ku and texas hate it.

Dodd:  "In my  four days with the team this week I've learned that Bears' coach Scott Drew likes chicken parmesan, rims on his Escalade and the 1-1-3 zone."

Good chicken parm nugget.  The rest he should have known already, no?

Don't know what Frank drives.

I'm guessing it's American; like many immigrants, Frank is patriotic to the core.  He's a big guy.  But he doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who tries to suck up to the farmers by driving an F-250 or something.  He likes to wear suits, but they're bad suits, so image isn't the most important thing to him -- just a get-the-job-done kind of guy.  Is it a Ford Escape Hybrid SUV?

What if your coach drives an SUV? So does Drew. He's the white dude tooling around Waco in a black Escalade. That's not a big deal on the surface, but look close. If the whole package -- a Caddy SUV with custom rims -- happens to appeal to recruits, then that's another Baylor advantage.

"Coaches are going to be [upset] if they hear that," Drew said.

Seems like a Cadillac sedan guy to me.  Course, he doesn't actually drive the car, he sits shotgun while Greenie drives.

I think Frank and Anya have an Escalade and a large Infinity SUV. For the longest time Frank was driving this little pos two door stick shift. Every time we'd show up at the school to pick our kids up at the same time I would think to myself, "we need to pay this guy more."

This.  Frank got rid of the Navi when Russ worked things out with him.

They also have this old roach Mercedes that was the first car one of them (I think Anya) bought.

Another Scott Drew fact.  He won't swim in natural bodies of water.  Only pools, and then only above ground.
