according to Bill.  kind of weird.  maybe they just suck ass at DL though.

that makes zero sense. now we have exactly 2.5 defensive tackles.

basically just a move so that he can have two scout o-lines. that way you can reproduce a no-huddle offense scout team more efficiently.
