Title: Does Miami Still Get Helmet Stickers When They Knock out opposing players?

I'm pretty sure they got busted this offseason for targeting other teams players with cheap hits, pretty sure thats why randy shannon is suspended this year.

 I was cruising some miami boards and apparently they still get helmet stickers when they injure opposing players.
