Kruger was a pretty salty player... Randy Reed and Norris 'Sarge' Coleman deserve to be in the convo (IMHO)
-

Wait, does this mean we can't continue citing our # 22 Street and Smith ranking? Because if so, rabble rabble rabble.

More conference titles: KSU 17 / MU 15
More NCAA Appearances: KSU 26 / MU 24

Missouri's 24 NCAA tournament trips in the past 50 years without a Final Four appearance must be worth 4+ actual Final Fours.

That one ranked all time I believe. Since this only goes back 50 years, it doesn't count 3 of our Final 4s. Plus our run of Altman, Asbury, and Wooldridge was a significant stretch of bad basketball. The last few years of Hartman was pretty bad too. Even in the last 50 years we could be higher, but I can also see being ranked in the 30s based on our bad stretches and taking away some of our best basketball.
-
Missouri has won more conference tournament titles.

you left out the most meaningful stat of all as it relates to these rankings-
More J-School grads working in Bristol: Missouri: some / KSU: 0

These rankings were objective once the points system was set. We didn't do as good as Mizzou on some arbitrary points system designed to
attract visitors to ESPN.com measure success. WGAF? :jerk:

I do.
I wouldn't have posted about it if I didn't.
It's not the end of the world, but it's those types of competitive local rivalries that make sports tick, for me at least.
Don't give those bastards an inch.

I'd add Kruger to the starting 5 and drop Henson from the team, keeping Pullen on the bench. Also replace Chuckie with Mike Evans. That's a pretty damn good team -- 10 NBA All-Star teams, 5x conference POY -- although it's kinda sad I can't come up with anyone other than Nealy to start at center. If I could have a fourth person on the bench, it would be Sarge to add some length and rebounding.

It appears as if this might have cost you.
1990-99: 1 (T-161st)
