pushups
10 LBS on the arms (do NOT forget the behind the back pull up thing)
finish with those behind the back pushup things and then a super set of the feet on the couch pushup things.
my arms hurt.

I'm probably going to do this in the next month or so, just whenever I have time. Look for me to gain about 15 lbs in my shoulders and neck.

my legs are tired after 30 on the elliptical and 20 on the stationary bike yesterday. but, no pain, no slightly reduced cholesterol and lowered resting heart rate is what I always say.
