wow. that's great clams. let me know if you need directions to bramlage or want to meet up for a beer at so long before or after.
edit: just remembered that so long saloon wasn't there the last time you went to a sporting event in bramlage. it's in aggieville at the corner of 12th and moro. you'd know it as the old pyramid pizza location. i'll buy you a nancy. you'll love it!

i just had a thought... wabash and belvis (from the board) come up from kc for every single basketball. you should get season tickets and come w/ them! then we can all eat and hang out at bobby t's before and after the game since it's just right down the street and so convenient.

sorry buddy it's impossible for me to. but i would if i could, because i'm a cats fan, (unlike you). i guess maybe you are a cats fan, just not a good one. since you choose not to go. and live across the street from ood. not sure, don't really care, go cats.

back on topic- can't wait for this practice. will be great to see the guys out there with oscar.

well that sure wasn't fun. i just had to go door to door and let everyone that lives on my street know that they can no longer be kansas state basketball fans, since none of them have season tickets. the highschool kid (that plays basketball) took it especially hard. i told him that i didn't make the rules though and that he could become a fan again if he moved to kansas city and didn't attend a game for at least ten years. this confused him and i will admit confused me a little as well, but what are you going to do?

LOL you're so confused. oh well. i just assumed you no longer were a k-state hoops fan, i thought you said as much. regardless.
enjoy your meaningless protest, and enjoy attending the football games.
you and john currie have that in common, you both enjoy the same thing, football. as you sit cheering on the chamber, rest easy knowing that currie is fist pumping with you.

oh this is just greeeeeat. now the kids mom just came to my door asking if he could be a fan if he moved to topeka and didn't attend games for five years. his dad lives there and i think she and the kid are trying to strike some kind of deal. i told her i didn't know and that i'd have to check on it and get back to her. is it ok if i just pm you there landline number and have you sort it out with her.

"no justice, no peace. the boycott of ksu hoops by rick daris", written by rick daris.
-
clams- the kids dad just called me muttering something about enrollment dates and talking about how he's going to have to de-assemble some train track in a bedroom that he primarily uses to store his remote controlled airplanes and helicopters in order to make room for a twin sized bed and access to the closet. i'm not dealing with this. i gave him your email address that i got from the moderator board. you deal with it.

so are you not going to support the team and going to games because you're still butthurt about the weber hiring, or is there another reason?

i'm not buying season tickets for a oscar weber coached basketball team. i will want kstate basketball to win every game they play this year. not sure if that answers whatever question you're asking though. do be sure to let me know what time you want to meet up for some pre open practice food and drinks in aggieville though. without a doubt i'm up for that.
-
if you want the team to win, you should go to the game and cheer for them. it gives them an advantage (home court) and makes it easier for them to win. but it sounds like your hate for weber outweighs your love for the team. sad really.
i know this is when you turn the tables and say the same thing to me. unfortunately for you, it's not a similar comparison, otherwise i would.

a)you aren't in a very good position to tell me what i should and shouldn't be doing. i am.
b)what you said is way too simplistic.
c)what's your absolute favorite food and when was the last time you had it?

Bummer I will be clipping my toenails that day

Do you still have dreams that you're late for class or maybe you forgot to show up for a final or whatever? Those freak me out all the time.

Yes. True story, had one last night that I hadn't been to a class all semester and was frantically trying to get notes from someone to study for the final that was the next day. :ohno: Such a great feeling when it dawns on you that it's just a dream and you're all "I already graduated and never have to do that stuff again and also was super successful when I did it." #noregrets

Man that's been happening to me too. So weird. I dream that I have to take like 3 more classes to graduate and I never go to class and am failing so bad not even aceing the final will help.

I always have failing college dreams. they kind of took the place of late for football practice dreams.

Oh man . . . had a football coach with a gun to our head dream regularly, he was about that mean. Then there's the " can't get out of high school" dream. :dunno: :ohno:

Oh, man. Still have those to this day. I show up and don't have like 3/4 of my gear, minutes to game time and am :runaway: the eff out. No one is ever helpful either or even mildly sympathetic to my plight during the dream. Teammates? More like jerkmates. :shakesfist:

These probably stem from the fact that you were too busy banging some gal right before gametime instead of getting ready for the game. Who's the jerkmate now?

in my dream, i was late and the professor gave me the final even though there was only like 2 mins left during the exam time. when she handed it to me i was like "ya i kept going to the wrong building" as an excuse for why i hadn't been there all semester, she seemed to buy it. she also let me take as much time as i needed taking the test. it was an essay test but i answered the 1st question with 1 sentence that was like 4 words long. i just felt like i nailed the answer and no reason to write more. can't remember much more than that about the dream. i did feel bad about not going to her class and wished i had since it was so pud.

Going to games only hurts in the long run. Watch from your couch but you can't give Currie or Weber your support or you will be watching teams built around guards like Michael Orris miss the tournament for the foreseeable future. It is best for the program to get rid of Currie and Weber as soon as absolutely possible.

Moving into a new house this fall. Using my season tix money to pay for part of a new big screen and pool table.
Will watch WildWildCustardCats from new CNS Entertainment Arena this season.

I had a dream lastnight that I slept in til 6 pm today. Seems like a weird thing to be subconsciously anxious about when I have basically nothing to do today.
