Love mowing, however I can no longer do it for extended periods because I don't know if its allergy related or what but the grass and dirt and stuff closes off my airways and that is annoying.

It doesn't suck, per se. It's just really annoying. Like, "eff. here I am pushing this lawnmower. you know what, I think this time next week I'll probably be doing the same thing. for what? to impress my neighbors? it's grass for the love of god."

Made some good money as a middle schooler mowing on my block. Charged like 25 bucks a pop and people would pay it without question.

I haven't mowed in years.  I pay for that crap.

I had a small mowing business in junior high and high school, and I used to wonder who could be so rough ridin' lazy to pay to have their lawn mowed.

love mowing, but i stopped trying to water my yard and it's dead now.  thinking about paving it over and making some sort of rock garden thing instead.  maybe big pool and wood deck all around the back.  eff grass.

Kids keep wife and I busy as eff with their activities and stuff.  We don't have time to maintain the yard, that is why I hired a guy.  We are seriously thinking about doing this at the next joint.

The pool is more work than the yard, though.

Will trade lawn guy for pool guy and end up having a sweet pool to relax in while neighbors roast with dead grass.
