He was the #1 recruit of 2009 or 2010..?. Starting tailback at UGA brought up on a weapons charge that I quite frankly don't think is a big deal after reading the report on it.

Lew did that in Lawrentucky, and it quieted things down quite a bit, even though the underlying criminal activity didn't change a whit.
