As many manhattanites know, there was recently a public hearing about the corner of Manhattan Ave and Bluemont. A private firm (same one that built the Oread) is planning on building a new high end 5 story hotel at that intersection across from aggieville called "The Blumont" with below grade parking.
This is what was on the cover of the public hearing packet:
