Those of you following my Birther Pit thread about having lunch with my buddy the public school teacher in Salina know that today was the day. We went to the Hickory Hut. But that's not the story, friends.
Turns out that his soon-to-be 4th grade son attended a K-State football camp for youngsters this past weekend. The lad mentioned that his favorite part was getting to see the players' lockers. Quite the crowd around The Chamber's apparently. Visitors were repeatedly told not to touch.
Anyway, our intrepid reporter dug a little deeper for the K-TATEO fans. Did Tate Snyder's locker reveal a jersey with a new number indicating a position change? Any sort of brace or protective gear that would further support the rumblings of an injury? Hardly.
While others such as leading Heisman Contender Daniel Sams' lockers featured visor-adorned helmets, Tate's contained....
a tuxedo.
