Well you can use Photoshop or GIMP. I used GIMP. Just go to Google and search for "NCAA Football 13 Cover Template". You should be able to find one. Then it's as simple as cutting the player you want out of a picture and adding HDR and those type of things if you want them.

make one with every picture of sams you can find.  rename it to NCAA 2013 Daniel Sams Stud Football Cats Edition 2013.  make it so when you start the game it has sams playing qb for the cats and all his stats are 99 and everyone else in the entire game is a 1 so it's more accurate to real life.
