I see Mizzou at 9-3, and aTm at 4-8 next year.
Scheduling Sam Houston so late the season will actually save lives...they would have killed themselves after losing that many in a row, otherwise.

The SEC is a cakewalk compared to the Big 12. Wouldn't be surprised if either one of these Big 12 rejects were able to win it.
-
I think June Jones has his system ready to beat a first-year Sumlin that early in the year, with it basically being SMU's super bowl.
-
I think Mizzou wins against Georgia, and @Florida, but loses @South Carolina.
Final record 10-2, good for first place in the SEC East.

Sumlin never should have taken that job. If he doesn't beat SMU and finishes 4-8, those racists might fire him after just one season.
-
@finebaum: Carlton on A&M;season this year,'The great barometer will be against La Tech, not against Florida.'

I don't know what would be funnier - if both Missouri and A&M go winless in conference play next year or if they win the East and West

Last year's A&M team would have been competitive. This year's team is dogshit, though.

Pinkel doesn't have a wife dragging him down anymore. He is going to drink through some long hours and really establish something this year. I think he can win the East.
-
Mizzou has a very easy SEC schedule next year. Their only definite loss is Bama.
-
If Florida and Tennessee stay shitty, it's only a matter of time before people start calling the SEC east teams the E-Tards.

Agree with both of these schedules, except I think MU will drop one of Vandy/@Tenn

I don't think so. Both of those teams are beyond terrible.

Do you realize how this is going to make the Mizzou fans feel next year? They will be extremely confident, smug, and preachy about how their move was "the right choice". I'm not sure what their 2013 schedule will look like, but I have a good feeling that they will stop talking about how dominant they are to simply chanting "SEC! SEC! SEC!" in the face of anyone not in the SEC, and probably Vanderbilt too, because they're too hayseed and stupid to realize that Vandy's a part of that conference too.
-
I think it will be a complete failure of a season if Mizzou doesn't win the East.

I don't. I mean, they can lose their division and their conference and still win the NC.
don't judge the season too harshly until they aren't in the NC.
-
mu should win the East, but in typical mu fashion, they'll probably eff it all up.
Nothing make me laugh like watching mu and aTm perpetually underachieve.
How can you be the D1 Football school in either the largest (Big 8) or second largest (Big 12) state in the conference . . . and yet have not won a conference football championship in over FORTY years?
