students its best to wear a purple shirt and whatever accompanying face paint you choose.
*please no black, gray, or white shirts*
-
Students,
Our official hand signal is the WC made with your right hand. Use that for everything, especially band cheers.
-
Students,
I think I speak for everyone who has ever attended college at KSU when I say that you are not as good as we were when we were in college. Just keep that in mind.
-
Students,
know this....I will probably love you and high five you if you are really loud and intimidating and awesome and beautiful while we are winning games and crushing dreams. good chance i hug you. you better enjoy this.

The least knowledgeable, most vocal, absolutely drunkest, most powertardy, Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) group of like 4 guys will sit right behind you and annoy you the entire game.
Be ready to have to be the bigger man.
-
Students,
Just know that if your trying to get someone to pick you up that did not attend the game, you are going to walk much further than you originally thought and should probably just call the person back, say "F it, meet you at RAB." and proceed with your night.

Also, don't be friends with students who don't go to every game

The postgame bus that drops you off in Aggieville is great for this situation

Students,
After touchdowns and big plays it is allowed, somewhat expected, to high five everyone within reaching distance.

High tens are expected to those in VERY close proximity.
-
Students,
Don't unnecessarily grope the chiefs souls that body surf after a CAT TD.

Students, why don't you body surf the hotties anymore? or anyone for that matter?
-concerned wmt in kc
-
Students, it's hilarious to grab your fattest friend or a friend you hate and send them body surfing after a big Wildcat score.
-
Students,
No matter what, remember that it's just a game played by (mostly) strangers. There are more important things in your life. That being said, KSU football is important too. Take a few hours and go to the game. While you're there, give all of yourself to it. Let it overcome you. During those few hours, make it the most important thing in your life. You'll be glad you did, because after a great win, you might feel so emotionally overcome that you look around, at all your friends, acquaintances and fellow students being totally and completely blissful. Notice those moments, because they're very, very special. It might just make you tear up for a short spell.
When it's over, you can go back to worrying about other, more important things. But remember to be grateful to that group of (mostly) strangers, those who gave you that profound, gift - the brief time period when nothing else mattered.
-
Students,
sunscreen is really important, even if you "never burn." One time (UCLA '10) i thought my entire nose was going to fall off because of how bad it burned/scabbed.
-
Students,
There aren't many times in life when you get to high-five people you don't know. Give it a shot after the Lynch Mob (the nickname for ksu's d) gets an important stop.

At the risk of derailing my own thread, I have a true story to tell. After the aTm game last year, I was drunk and literally high dived ay least 20-30 people I didn't know on my way back to the car. Two people turned me down. At first I was sad, but then I realised they were aTm fans.

at the after parties, you bring at least 2 girls with you.
maintaining a 2:1 girl:guy ratio is essential to getting your purple weiner played with by some gorgeous EMAW female afterwards.

Go to away games. It'll never be easier to do than it is right now. One of your buddies will always have a cousin you can crash with.
-
Have a few beers before the game, get loosened up. But don't be the obnoxious falling down drunk guy. Nobody likes that guy.

This. Saw the gridironqhatz play at every single (then-)Big 12 venue in college. Went to every home/away/spring/bowl game for 3 1/2 years straight. Weird Robert in training. :gocho:

Even though you could never get in any trouble, and would likely be kissed by the prettiest girl within 100 feet, don't knock the hat off of every weiner ku fan you see at the Dillons.
They are our buddies, even if they suck at sports.
Also, attend a goEMAW tailgate party. It will be the best time of your life.
