Title: So I am reading the upcoming Board of Regents Meeting Agenda and Minutes . . .

and I see the Capital Projects section, and I recall the Animal made mention of this at the WSC ground breaking. 

But there's a new Business building slotted in FY 2014-FY2015 $50 million.

Where they gonna build that thing?

Didn't they just kinda do a facelift to Calvin not too long ago?

I don't think they know where its going to go yet. Next to Justin is one option thats been floating, another is across Anderson in that Campus Court area.
