going to grill some tonight. usually just soak the thing in water for an hour and then throw it on the grill w/ the husk still on, rotate every ten minutes and then take it off after thirty, peel the husk, salt/butter and eat but have seen people reference mayo and other things. how would you go about doing that? peel the husk put mayo on and wrap in foil? idk. any thoughts, suggestos or recepies?

thx. will do that next time. too late to turn back from current plan as cheese and lime are already en route. did you look at my link? looks good i think.

just a tip:
mayo is disgusting and shouldn't be used in any food ever.
i hope that helps.

ya that crap looks great

I would go just butter salt chile and lime after the corn is done, but that's just me

the mayo goes on after cooking, it's like what they use instead of butter. grated cheese instead of salt, ground chili instead of pepper. grilled or boiled, doesn't matter.
