May want to read both sides before you blindly follow him. I bought the "honest and classy" routine for 8 years before I woke up. Anyone really interested can read a rebuttal to the Manhattan article on Weber here. http://alioneye.com/ (http://alioneye.com/)

This is just embarrassing honestly... I feel embarrassed for oscar Weber. He's obviously mind-mumped about the firing despite the fact that any reasonable person would have seen it coming from a 100 miles away.
Is there any precedent for this sort of thing? A coach get canned and they take out a "thank you" ad in the local newspaper?
Seriously...
-
They made him pretty rough ridin' rich? :dunno:
We better get one when he gets fired here! :shakesfist:

only 1/4 page ad, not full-page. add skinflint to the list.

Where is ours from Frank? :shakesfist:

Where is ours from Frank? :shakesfist:
Frank's not a rough ridin' douche-bag. That's why he hasn't taken out a thank you ad at a place that obviously didn't appreciate him and ran him out of town.
oscar on the other hand...

Think of us as a foundational program and Illinois as nothing more than a shooting star.

K-State is a good job. It's not for everyone. After Martin bolted for South Carolina, Sisyphus allegedly told his agent to let Wildcat athletic director John Currie know he wasn't interested.
:dunno:

In Greek mythology Sisyphus (play /s?s??f?s/;[1] Greek: ???????, Sísyphos) was a king punished by being compelled to roll an immense boulder up a hill, only to watch it roll back down, and to repeat this throughout eternity. He is also found in Roman mythology.
The word "sisyphean" means "endless and unavailing, as labor or a task".

Fanning's take: The tyrant King (Martin) said- "eff those ppl, they're shitty ppl and I hate them all. Especially the AD (who wouldn't let me cheat), the cheerleaders (They :heismaned: my oil checks), and those shitty ass fans.
Man guise, we dodged a bullet.

He was criticized for not playing Chicago politics with Chicago recruits, for not wanting to wade deeper in the cesspool that often comes with courting top-flight talent.

Pull 'n Peel better put his rough ridin' waders on.

In other words, he was criticized for not doing his rough ridin' job.
