I keep imagining dirty yet technically legal recruiting.  Its the only reason I haven't been continuing my meltdown.

I don't think that is true, offers are out, they are probably just negotiating on contracts. If he had no idea who he wanted on his staff currie should be fired on the spot, would be extremely disappointed if it wasn't a package deal.

Tremendous idea.  Wonder why no one else thought if this?

In Weber's defense, he had to wait until all of the firings were complete so he knew his options.

The discussion that seems to be out there is that he should have taken a year off, that he and his coaching needed to do that, not that he intended to. 

I mean, when I am that old, I would be looking for the next 2-3 yr gig and then early retirement.  What does sitting out a year do for him as far as that goes?
