I'm not even talking about our first game. If we can't win that, shame on us.
How do we match up against the Orangemen? I haven't seen a full game from them, just clips and recaps.
From the little I've seen, they look very athletic and we'll have to be banging on the glass like no other to stay in it....

The thing that scares me most about 'Cuse is that damn Zone Defense that Franks teams seem to struggle against.
The thing I love about playing 'Cuse is that is the ONLY defense they play. I've said all year that the way you ensure a win vs. KSU is to switch your defenses every 5-7 minutes...it takes us a couple of minutes to adjust to different looks, w/ our young guards, which is how Baylor got back into the game in Manhattan, and how they kept us at arms length in KC (that and, you know, blinding us and not missing any shots).

It is going to take a miracle to beat Syracuse. I really wish we got matched up against Michigan State in the 2nd round. They are the worst 1 seed imo.

IMO, UNC is the best 1 seed, the other three all have flaws, but I'd rank them UNC (most balanced inside & out, plus Barnes can take over a game), Michigan St (Izzo is a big reason they are my #2), Kentucky (Young & immature, just like all of Calipari's teams), 'Cuse (lack a player that can take over at any time like the other 3 #1's have)
I'd have rather gotten Kentucky, because I think our style could rattle them easier than the others.

Can't argue against either point...personally I think this may be the 2nd time no #1 seeds make it to Final Four. BUT UNC's draw is ridiculously easy...Michigan may be the best team they have to beat to get to N.O.

IMO, no match up with a #1 is a "good match" up, but we have actually been pretty solid offensively against the zone this year, and Syracuse gives up a ton of offensive rebounds. It's probably the best match up out of the 1 seeds.
We'll still probably get crap stomped.
