6pm tonight, central time.

So do they settle their arguments with chairs or something?
-
No, they hug it out.
-
Does anyone laugh when Joe Linardi (I think thats how you spell it) starts to talk about basketball on air? I feel like he doesn't have an athletic bone in his body.

I laugh when he changes his bracket 25 minutes before the selection show starts and see a team or two fall out

Are you implying he's fed the selections?

I was implying it there. But I'll downright say it, he is fed the selections. The Huggs year, he had K-State in after the last games were played then out 30 minutes prior to the bracket release. Nothing had changed.
Although kinda cool bit about the bracket show, apparently they will be revealing exactly where each team was ranked going into seeding. Thats new and potentially interesting to some people.

Are you implying there's a doubt he's fed the selections?

He missed a #1 seed last year, that's embarrassing for someone who does this for a living. There is a website that ranks historical bracket predictions from websites and blogs and he ranked in the 40s. What incentive would the committee have feeding him when ESPN has no media rights to the tournament? Wouldn't it make more sense for them to feed Jerry Palm?

The committee doesn't work for CBS. I'm not commenting on his seeding, just the teams in or out. When his brackets have changed between all the games being played and the announcement consistently and they reflect where he included wrong teams, thats probably more than a coincidence. I just think he has had a friend or friends on the committee.

Real nice gold chain for Frank Haith right now. No under shirt on the bowling shirt. :sdeek:

That first sentence doesn't make sense to me. Anyone who does what he does for a living should be able to get within a couple of having a perfect bracket. Him being fed teams when the process is so secretive screams crazy conspiracy theory to me. There's no incentive for anyone to give him the info. Also I don't know how he could be close enough to an AD where they would want to share with him. He readily admits he doesn't attend games he is a numbers and trends cruncher.
-
Did anybody else notice they listed our record as 32-2?

I just don't know why he has changed his bracket after all the games were played, 30 minutes prior to announcements and then those changes happened to be correct. Why does anybody insidery in sports leak any info? Mostly, I'd guess its an ego thing. It happens though and I think it happens here. And my first sentence was in response to you saying they would leak it to CBS. I don't think the whole commitee is leaking it, but one or two guys in the room are and they would want to do it to the biggest name they could, ESPN. As individuals, they have no incentive to leak it to CBS.

Yay, charles & kenny
-
Does Seth Davis not know or doesn't care that KU won the conference by two games?
-
This show is rough...they have no organization. Should never have had Charles rough ridin' Barkley on there.
-
They had us at the #32 overall team
-
This is a rough ridin' train wreck.
-
Charles is the worst.
Interesting info tho.
-
The OP looks like a real dumbass here.
-
not really close to a 7 seed.
-
Hardcore Brackets, hosted by two guys who have watched fewer games than my three year old!
-
The idea is great, the execution is horrible. Need to have CBS in an Indianapolis studio with these guys, and limit the analysts to Gumble and one or two others.

Agreed. it's a keeper concept.
-
The beauty of this show is seeing who the last team was.
Right on cue, Iona.
-
chuck ripping on college coaches he doesn't know and could not care less about in postgame is his best contribution to March Madness
-
Such a trainwreck...

Whenever Chuck talks they just sit there....they're like "Is that a rough ridin' question?"
-
They need the CBS first teamers to keep asking the questions, and tell Charles to STFU.
-
Lol at the Pac 12 champ completely off of the radar. It would have been hilarious to see people freak out at Oral Roberts get in if St. Bonnies had lost?
-
Would have been nice if they explained that strength of region graphic.
-
this is really bad pete
-
Jeff Hathaway is gone and so am I, to ESPN with Doug and the very underrated Dan Dakich
-
Every producer involved with that show needs to be Franked off of the CBS Payroll.
God that was awful to watch
-
I'm sure the CBS guys hate the fact that they have to share time with those NBA guys.

Yeah. Loved their looks during the awkward pauses when they were all "that's not a delay problem. You just seem incapable of forming a question from the talking points on your cheat sheet." and then chuck responded with another non-inquisitive type statement.
