So he was busting up a huge brawl downtown and crap was flying.  Tryin to restore peace so he whips out his tazer.  Hits this biff with the barbs... pulls trigger.   :excited:  Dude starts thrashing around on the ground so he let off the trigger.  Only biff doesn't stop spasming.  He yells at another wpo "Stop tasing my guy stop tasing my guy!!!"  Other wpo says "It's not me bro?!"   :confused:  He hit the guy in the cheek and skull (when he fired the taser) and sent him into seizure.  Guy buried the barb into his skull while thrashing around on the pavement.  Took him to the emergency room and the doc breaks the prong off in this SOB's skull.  Haf to do sugery to remove barb from skull.
