No one outside of Kansas gives a crap about this game.  The "slavers" would rather beat Illinois or Arkansas.

UConn/Cuse is on ESPN

Bama LSU  was on CBS

Bama and LSU were widely considered the two best teams in the country.  Though few thought it would actually happen, many thought that game was the defacto national title game.  It was nationally hyped for WEEKS.

No one thinks that either KU or MU are in the top 2.  And no one thinks that KU/MU will be a preview of the national championship game.  And no one (outside of Lawrence and possibly Columbia) has been hyping this game until today.
