Title: Most surprising thing about the Wildcats, this evening...
Post by: ShoelessWes on January 06, 2012, 10:57:03 PM
Is just how soft they are.  Poor technique and poor conditioning.  A lot of cramps and injuries that would be inconsequential to a program with a good strength and conditioning program.  The scheme-master can't do anything when his best players are on the sidelines or are buckled over like they just ran a marathon.

Thank you for posting this... I was going to wait till after the game but you pretty much took the words right out of my mouth... That's the difference when you play in the SEC and then when you play with a bunch of weak sauce teams in the Big XII... Welcome to the show boys!

Seem to take late shots to the head pretty well though.

I know.  Also surprised at just how much LHC Bill Snyder over thought things.  There is no way we could have stopped KState's running game, but for some reason he abandoned it, hell, he didn't even try the running game in key points in the game.

You disagree?  I mean he didn't even leave the game so, that's pretty good.

Oh please, it's not like a player from K-State has never had a late hit call... Give me a break.. He's not even a starter...

Anyone with Meshaaaaq/Meshawk/Menospeakenglishbecauseofmypooreducation on their team can't really say much about late hits.

Save for those where you blatantly headbutt someone on purpose.

I'd be ashamed too, it's ok.

He's your player, not ours.  He makes Nick Fairley look classy.
