Title: The mess known as the big 12
Post by: ksu101 on January 04, 2012, 10:28:42 PM
There is a real possibility everyone can be 1-1 in league play by the end of the week.  Or the very least everyone will be 1-1 except Baylor (2-0) and Texas Tech (0-2) Then with a win against Baylor on Tuesday we sitting back in 1st place.   :emawkid:

  Games Saturday:

 Texas Tech vs. Baylor

 Kansas State vs. Missouri

 Oklahoma vs. Kansas

Texas A&M vs. Iowa State

Texas vs. Oklahoma State

I'm on record of not loving KU's squad this year and tonight doesn't change that at all, but comeonman they aren't losing to OU.

I don't think it will happen, either, but OU is much better than they have been the last few years, and this KU team seems somewhat susceptible to a letdown, especially on the road. I'd say OU has about a 20% chance.

Yeah in retrospect I may have been a bit harsh.  If KU is in fact not going to win the conference as I predict, they're going to have to lose a couple of games like this one.  OU has a shot, but even with a 40 point loss, I still think they're overrated.
