I can vouch that it is a nice 1br. And the bathroom could prob fit a queen bed too. Whoever wants it should just do that and knock the rent to half

First time buyers just can't see through things that can easily be fixed with a little paint, such as bad inspections.

What things were identified as problems in the inspection? The negotiation just starts over factoring in the repairs needed. If it is foundation problems - walk away.

Foundation, radon, asbestos, plumbing code problem in the basement, heating needs to be added to two levels of the home, driveway, fence post.

We're walking.

Damn, that sucks but with all those problems you're better off walking. Shouldn't have any problem getting earnest money back at least.
