Yes, Arkansas is a much tougher matchup than Michigan and Virginia Tech combined - literally, put VTs best players and Michigan's best players toghether, and Michigan Tech is still not as good as Arkansas or K-State.

However, a tough opponent is the price of admission to play in a top-tier bowl like Cotton.
