on that bogus-ass flop by Wisconsin's bitch-ass punter. <----but opposite
-
There was contact. The ref had to call at least running into the kicker, and that's what he did.

that dumbass shouldn't have run into the punter :dunno:

That was pretty much exactly how I hoped that game would turn out. Probably won't matter though. :dunno:

Bret, it's time to come home. You've done all you can do in that crap conference.
Wouldn't you like to prove your skills against the best? Your conference champ game was #13 vs #15 for f's sake.
Congrats, you won the confy, here's your bouquet of flowers..wtf?

What I really don't understand is why the hell anyone ever sends the block anymore anyway, at least when it's 4th & 5 or under. The risk-to-reward is not even close to worth it anymore. How many times do they block it now vs. how many times does it end in a penalty?
And yes I understand there was contact and the rule exists. It just sucks that the rule exists. Stop coddling pussy-ass punters. It's rough ridin' football.

I am going to overbearing parent/coach my kid to punt after their first birthday, regardless of sex.

The reward is incredibly huge. We don't see many blocked punts anymore because it is very rare to see somebody actually attempt to go for the block. I wish we would go for more blocks in certain situations. Like if the opposing team is punting from midfield, you know you aren't going to get a return anyway, so why not send 11? Either 2 or 3 players will be unblocked or the punting team will have nobody to run down the field to stop the ball from rolling into the end zone.

I hate the shield punting formation that has taken over CFB. Its horrible.
