Any news? Looked kinda bad. :frown:
-
Bummed. ANOTHER blocked kick, and that INT was a thing of beauty for the big man. Two fairly influential plays.
-
We might have got some home cooking on the int (only saw one replay at the stadium). But great effort. Injury looked bad according to friend watching on tv. Sucks :(
-
Int was too close to call. Ball definitely bounced but you couldn't tell if it bounced off his arms or the turf.
-
Watched that replay numerous times and totally was just yelling my balls off at the announcers. Almost positive the crap bounced off his forearms, which were on the ground. They were certain that there was enough to overturn the call, which there clearly wasn't. Either way, the call should've stood as called because FSN is terrible and their camerawork is terrible and their lenses were foggy and it's just the worst network and I hate that we have a giant long contract with them of all networks.

I agree on all accounts. Overturn the call, ok whatever, but how in the world could announcers claim that it was indisputably incorrect? I didn't see anything that proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the call on the field was wrong.

Bill said he was getting around "pretty good" after the game.

They claimed that because everything about Fox Sports broadcasts is terrible except Gus Johnson and Knoxy and Klatt's looks.
-
Knoxy is sooo shiny. He looks like a wax figure of the actual Knoxy.
-
the last FG ISU kicked to lock it up at 23, we totally had a lane up the middle over the longsnapper again..... Raph would of gotten it i have no doubt :lynchmob: :embarrassed:
-
he was running pretty well in the post game victory lap.
-
"Raphael Guidry left the game in the second half because of a left knee injury and had to be helped off the field. But after the game, he said he fine and was looking forward to the postseason."
-
He went back in in the 4th. Did everyone just not notice that?

Yeah I think he was the guy that blew up the 4th down Woody run where he fumbled. Somebody please watch the replay and confirm.
-
He was jogging with the team to start the victory lap. Jogging slowly at the back, but didn't look like it was too bad.
-
Did not notice that.
 and :katpak: and  and :lynchmob: and :excited: for Raph, who is cool but rude.
-
I saw him around 8 or so. He was getting around pretty good.
-
I wish all our players had that grit and that beard.

That was Meshak. It's was one of the 6 plays where he didn't just stand up and play paddy cake with the tackle.
-
I was a little pissed the announcers had done their homework to realize just how many kicks Guidry had blocked prior to the ISU game. He's been phenom all year at that.

Right but Guidry was still in. Guaran-rough ridin'-tee it.

The rough ridin' game wasn't even on FS West in LA and San Diego. They showed a Virginia vs Longwood Lancers MBB game and then hockey. They suck.
-
Love how they said that every one of our wins (nine at the time) was by 7 or fewer points, as if we didn't pound Kent State and completely ass-eff KU. I mean, to say that once is understandable because sometimes people make mistakes, but to say it twice because nobody on FSN cared enough to correct it is just fracking lazy. Good thing Snydz corrected them in his (surprisingly candid) post-game interview.
-
Saw him in the ville round 11 or so with his female friend. he looked fine no limp or anything
-
He's such a badass.
