Nope, ducking in with kids and wife in tow on sunday.

I have a new work out I am doing on sat's now.  My trainer got it from a workshop he did with that JCCC weight guy who was something like the Ukraine Olympic weight lifting coach or something.  Anyway, it is pretty insane/awesome.
