Title: TIME commonly releases different covers for US and International audiences

there is some uproar about this.  I'm not sure it is really warranted.

Meh. I know SI has several regional covers on their preview issues (i.e. Pullen cover). I'm sure it is very common, although that is a pretty striking example.
