Bennett was the biggest on-court liability to play ball for KSU in the last 4 yrs.
-
Bennett deserves his own chapter in the Incredibly Embarrassing Things About Being a K-Stater encyclopedia set
-
JHR playing like Bennett Sophomore version

Bennett + Huggins + 4 years = legitimate NBA prospect.

He's right. 100%.
Assuming a Jason Bennett from a different dimension that would take Huggins style coaching for 4 years. Because it was 0% the one from ours was going to do that.

You're absolutely wrong. He was very good at what he was asked to do on the court. People just remember the game at AFH and the fact that he was a massive toolbag and forget that he could completely change a game on defense, despite being a Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) freshman.

Yes.
It's close, but I'd say he had more potential than JHR currently does...
Their skills are/were different, but Bennett was a little more coordinated, if I remember correctly...Better feet.

JB was stronger and longer, but JHR has more range on his shot. For what they were/are asked to do, I'd take JB in a heartbeat.

jb had great feet and bad hands. jhr prolly a rhodes scholar compared to jb

Bennett was slower, had some kind of filter in his response time, made no effort to get to any ball that didn't drop into his arm span and by all accounts wouldn't take coaching.

Of course I'm not wrong.
I didn't say anything about his potential. I agree that he had all the physical tools. I said that he wouldn't stay around for 4 years getting yelled at. He didn't.

So between Bennett and JHR . . . which one had/has a greater understanding of the potential they have, and what the future may hold??
I am going with a lean towards JHR on that one . . . unless he's got some sort of mega redneck country f_ck family lineage I am not aware
christ is it even close? not if there's even an ounce of truth to what Frank said about JHR coming in and being ready to work.

Yeah, I'm betting if you asked Frank which player he hated coaching the most, Bennett would probably be at/near the top of the list.

Bennett "understood" that he was bound for greatness. Problem is that no one else "understood" that.
JHR has such a higher ceiling. Not even close.

Thanks for validating me guys, I really preciates it.
