Favorite part:
Klein recognized ... Klein quickly changed the play.

Really surprising the corner gave his coverage away that much before the snap on the Harper TD. Wouldn't think he would lose much by keeping his hips squared to the receiver until the ball is snapped, and at least not taking away the possibility of man to man coverage. Is that common, or did he just make a mistake?

First down, K-State had Tannahill and Hubert with Klein in the backfield. I'm sure aTm was anticipating run there. It is possible it was a mistake and was supposed to be cover 4 (both the safety and corner dropping deep), but it doesn't look like it.

I meant was it a mistake that his hips were already pointed towards the backfield before the snap instead of the receiver? By doing that he gave away zone coverage completely before the snap since a corner would turn his hips that far away from the receiver if he had a man assignment.

Its not uncommon, I'm sure aTm's corners did it other times throughout the game. Part of disguising coverages is to mix up alignments as well, sometimes what you show is what you are in and some sometimes it isn't. Klein's read likely went from the safety, peak to corner, then throw.
