I don't know if he's completely disinterested in his role for kstateo.tv, or if he hates Venables.

Does anyone have a clue whether or not Simoneau would be a good LB coach? I know nothing about him except that he was freakishly athletic.

His uncle is one hell of a baseball coach. Maybe mentoring youngsters runs in the family?

I recall somebody here saying that Cosh was a LB coach while here the first time and that he sucked then too.

Not surprising. If next week happens to go like I think it will, I will be sporting a Fire Cosh sign during A&M.

You're telling me Leavitt would be willing to leave his job with the 49ers and be a d-coordinator under Snyder?

Being a d-coordinator is better than being a linebackers coach.

no that is rough ridin' dumb to imply I suggested that.
I don't doubt that we have had opportunities to get him back and we Pattersoned them.

Let me get this straight, you're not suggesting that Leavitt would take the job, but you're saying that we should fire Cosh because Leavitt would do better with the players.  That's a pretty bizarre argument.

FWIW, I'd be all for getting Leavitt on staff.
