All of you really make me sick. Apparently you had not been watching the first half of the game on saturday. The hawks made unbelievable strides against the Sooners, 3 stances within the 5 yard line in which the Hawks held them to a fieldgoal. But hey you're right the Hawks don't have a chance, that kind of defeatist attitude is the problem with you fairweather football fans. You should support our players no matter what the record or how they have played thus far in the year. Get the h*ll out of Lawrence if you aren't going to be a true Jayhawk fan.

Will they hang a banner if this happens? The Gridiron will certainly be upbeat as hell.

KSU runs the option quite a bit with Klein. I want nothing more than to kill kstate but coaching will be the difference. We have the better players, I think, so we can beat them.

Doesn't even matter after the OU game.  You could see on Ronner Prill's face during the post game interviews that he already understands this.  He actually saved his job with a 30pt loss.  He knows that he has a free pass against us and MU at this point.  He couldn't stop smiling when he was asked if losing to OU by "so little" meant a minor victory to the team.  He fist pumped under the podium and said "god damn right" to himself before answering.

Gill could care less.  He has gotta be targeting his next DC at this point and this most likely takes up most of his time other than praying and male genitals blocking his players.

What is is with the KU fans all saying they have more talent then us.  Do they really think Gill is that bad of a coach?  They don't have a single player in their defensive front 7 that would start for K-state.  Not sure they have anyone in their secondary either maybe one of their safety's could start for us.  But the defensive talent isn't even close to the same.

We need a quality win to be considered for a bowl even if we're eligible. A win against KSU would definitely do the trick, also maybe A&M. But I think KU NEEDS to beat KState to go to a bowl.

KU has had a much tougher schedule so far than K-State up to this point in the season.  If the defense had played the same way against Texas Tech as they did against OU, this team would be 3-3 right now.

Hitting Memorial with some bros after some beers at Free State, talking about how we could be 3-3 and how hard the schedule had been.

Goddam, does it get any better?!

Fact is that KU will lose out and be 2-10 in November.

regarding the schedule thus far, I agree that OU, OSU, and GTech are some of the best teams in the Country.  Nonetheless, KU will be demolished by both MU and Baylor.  KU would have been humiliated @ Miami as well.

Agreed. Baylor has never been a good football team, nor will they ever be. Miami is down. Tech without Leach is nothing. And Mizzou is just plain garbage.

So what do you think KU's record will be against Baylor, Missouri and Texas Tech?  No doubt the Oklahoma schools are damn good, but it's not like KU will do any better against the teams K-State has played.

Missouri is going to use every asset and opportunity they have to smash them and run up the score. I'm glad we could save face for the state of KS.

Already lost to Texas Tech after getting up on them 20-0 in the 1st quarter.  If KU's defense had been playing like they did against OU, I think the outcome might have been different that day.  If I had to guess I'd say KU wins one (maybe two) more games this season - K-State, Iowa State, Baylor, and Mizzou being the most likely upsets left on the schedule.

I think KU has a decent chance of beating the cats on Saturday, no lie.  If KU has a few breaks go their way, they could win.

I don't see you guys beating Baylor.  they are like OKie Light jr as far as their offense.  Where do you play them this year?  ISU game should prob be a good one.

MU is their best shot.  Baylor is at home, but I think they shred KU, ISU is @ Jack Trice.  Will still be a good game, but I think Jantz pulls it out.
