Title: So I am looking at the Regents Meeting Minutes . . .

for October, and it appears that the final phase of the Engineering Complex is going on the FY2013 Capital Project, $40 million dollars.

I also saw a picture of Schulz where the new Classroom Building that KSU is seeking was on a drawing in the background.
