Well yeah, it's not often that an undefeated ranked team opens as a dog.  Line might move 2 points before it's done.

Where can I place a bet at the casino "Open"?  They're giving an extra half point in this matchup.

Definitely want to be a dog for this one. Nervous as eff about this game despite this probably being Tech's worst team in a decade.

I'm more concerned about our secondary AKA HARTMAN getting burned on the deep ball.

Easily our weakest point on defense.

TTech doesn't utilize a vertical passing game.  Or so their fanbase says.

I will be watching the game in Vegas.  Who/what should I put money on?  Where should I watch us trounce Texas Tech?  Staying at Planet Hollywood but have never been to their sports book.  What's "the best"?   :D

I have been to quite a few of the sports books, can't remember ever going to the one in PH.

Close to PH
Bellagio: nothing special, but they are good with the free drinks (at least they were last time I was there)
Caesar's:  very meh
Aria:  Nice, but kind of small for such a large casino

Palazzo/Lagasse's Stadium:  Probably the nicest sports book, a bit of a hike from PH

Love the Bellagio. Granted, it's the only sports book I've been to, but I enjoyed it and the casino in it's entirety.

If I had to pick a game this week, I would pick Michigan State (-3) over Michigan. KU's offense isn't all that bad, so I don't think I would bet against them with a 30+ spread. I also think K-State covers their spread, but you should never bet on a team that you are emotionally attached to.

If I had bet on the cats every week this season, I'd be a kajillionaire by now.

PH (old Alladin) has a decent sports book.

The best one is either at the Mirage or MGM

Worst sports book is Joe's or whatever at the Tropicana.  Haven't been to the sportsbook at Mandalay Bay or the Wynn, but my guess is that if its at the Wynn it's the best.

Once bet against the Cats.  They lost and covered the spread.  I guess I learned my lesson.

Bellagio is okay.  Monte Carlo is kinda shity and they don't give out the unlimited free drinks anymore.  Aria is nice, but like somebody said before, it's a bit small for a casino that big.  A lot of places these days only give you a certain amount of drink tickets based on how much you bet.  Ask around there to see where the best drinks deals are (if that matters to you).

Good luck SkinnyBenny.

It's a win-lose. The win-win situation would be betting on the cats and the cats winning.

Win-win or win-lose is determined when the bet is placed.  If you make a bet and either outcome results in some kind of win it's a win-win.  If you bet on the cats you can either win or lose (win-lose).  A win-win or lose-lose could be the same thing depending on how you look at it.
