Are they in serious troubs?
discuss.

About as much trouble as George Soros is in for his shady dealings.
$$$ buys freedom, people.

crap like this happens all the damn time. If the gov't wants to punish someone for dealing with rouge countries then they probably need to take a hard look at themselves first. Hell, Sadam studied at the same AFB that trains every member of the Air Force.

Agree. We (the United States of America) have a bad track record in dealing with rogue countries. We even went as far as state sponsored terrorism (Contras).

Seems like they are in court quite a bit but nothing major has ever come of it. Probably just pay some giant fine. (Which will be paid for with a small portion of the profits from their dealings with Iraq.) Wish I could do cool crap like that.

I wonder how many jobs the Koch brothers "saved or created" this year?

Well that depends on how you're counting.

They probably did save quite a few jobs. They buy a crap ton of struggling companies so I guess you could say they helped keep people employed. :dunno:

My dad took two workers and did a $30,000, 2-day job at Ft. Riley based on Stimulus funds. Prior to going, the person awarding the contract asked him how many employees he was bringing to work the job, to which he told them two. Some government person came by and put up a sign that said the stimulus saved 2 jobs with that project. My dad called that guy back and asked him if that's what was actually being counted in the stimulus tally they were keeping and the guy said yes. If you want to use the government's methods of counting, I'm guessing the Koch brothers and saved/created a crap-ton of jobs.

I wonder how many "sign putter-upper" jobs were created by the Stimulus.

I wonder how many times the same person is counted as another saved job.

If you save the same person's job twice, are you costing somebody else a job? Think about that, Obama. :shakesfist:
-
The idea of "saving" a job is something the Obama rhetoric machine made up because so many people lost their job through the period of stimulus spending that was supposed to "create" jobs. Failure
Obama only speaks in platitudes, he has no plan, no ideas, no policy, nothing. Middle Class, fair share, economy that works for everyone, government investment, the green industry. All meaningless phrases that the preacher uses in his sermon/sales pitch to rile up the 'bots. He's a bad joke, a worthless human being, a waste of our collective oxygen, a carbon footprint on the throat of the united states.
-
Why's he gotta be a "carbon" footprint?
